In accordance with the requirements provided by articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, the following clauses  of Rules & Regulations are approved specifically: Article 4 Undertakings of Participants; Article 10 License for the use of the products and of the information provided by Participants; Article 11 Cosmoprof Awards’ provision of services; Article 15 Applicable law and jurisdiction.
