Submission of samples for the Award; article 4.3. exclusion of liability of BFC for the contents not developed by its employees; article 8.3 exclusion of liability of BFC for costs incurred by the Participants; article 10.3. exclusion of liability of BFC, Beautystreams INC and Jurors in case of infringement of the intellectual property rights or copyrights or confidential information of the Participants; article 16 Applicable law and jurisdiction.
