COSMOPROF AND COSMOPACK AWARDS: CELEBRATING EXCELLENCE IN THE BEAUTY INDUSTRY
Friday, 17 March, the winners of the 2023 Cosmoprof and Cosmopack Awards, the “Oscars of the Cosmetics Industry”, the highest accolade in beauty, were announced at “The One & Only Event”, an exclusive gala event hosted in the magnificent setting of Palazzo Re Enzo in Bologna. Cosmoprof and Cosmopack Awards is a project created in partnership with BEAUTYSTREAMS, the go-to trend agency for the global beauty industry.
Over 1,000 top international players came together for the evening, providing a unique opportunity to celebrate excellence, innovation, and creativity in the beauty world.
AN EXCLUSIVE LOCATION
The setting for the event was Palazzo Re Enzo, a 13th-century palace in the heart of Medieval Bologna that continues to serve as a hub for the city’s social and economic affairs. Immersed in the magical atmosphere of Piazza Maggiore, Palazzo Re Enzo pairs the allure of the past with the innovation of the present, making it the ideal setting for an evening dedicated to the key figures in the beauty industry.
THE AWARDS CEREMONY
Cosmoprof and Cosmopack Awards reward products, formulations, packaging, design, technology, materials, ingredients, and sustainability in the cosmetics industry, celebrating innovation and excellence worldwide. The 13 winning products represent the separate worlds that make Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna the only event where all the sectors in the industry come together.
LIFE ACHIEVEMENT AWARD
At the gala was also announced the LIFE ACHIEVEMENT AWARD – an honor that Cosmoprof assigns to entrepreneurs and professionals whose talent and endurance have significantly contributed to the advancement of the industry.
THE TROPHY
An absolute novelty for the 2023 edition was the trophy for the Cosmoprof and Cosmopack Awards, designed in collaboration with Istituto Marangoni, thanks to a contest involving the most creative students from the International School of Design.
THE JURY
Special mention goes to the jury of international professionals who represented the industry and actively participated in the search for new products and innovative solutions: Founders, CEOs, Presidents, Brand Directors, Senior Buyers, Editors-in-Chief, Innovation Executives, Scientific Directors, and Prospective Leads representing all the sectors that voted for all the categories in the contest and selected the winners.
COSMOPROF: AN INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY
Thanks to the participation of distributors, brand owners, and buyers representing the leading global chains, not to mention journalists from the primary international papers and content creators, the evening brought together over 1,000 top players in the industry on a global scale. The invitation-only event was an extraordinary networking opportunity, a unique moment for finding new contacts, fostering synergy, and laying the foundations for future collaboration.
