Tair Jiuh Enterprise Co. Ltd

Ultra 500 Microsphere Broad Spectrum UV Skin Tint

Integral to TJ Enterprise’s sun-protecting skin tint is a self-healing mesh formed from five layers of microspheres, which delivers sun protection that reconnects dynamically whenever gaps occur. The formula contains no film formers, so it doesn’t feel sticky or clog pores, while the air gaps between the microspheres allow for breathability. Alongside this, the sunscreen offers 377nm frequency protection to block the most harmful UVA rays. Meanwhile, its sebum-mimicking oils keep the SPF above 500, even after eight hours in water, while the mineral powders are treated with two coatings: an inner coating to maximize color pay-off and adhesion and prevent cakiness, and an outer coating for a fine texture. And the sunscreen-in-water-in-oil-in-water-in-powder formulation allows for a sensorial effect while offering blendability. Also among the ingredients are upcycled dandelions from which biomimetic endophytes are extracted, to provide the 64% natural formula’s anti-photo-aging actives Lactobacillus and taraxasterol.

Research, Clinical Tests & Trials Results (Safety & Dermatological)

(1) IN-VITRO SCRATCH RESISTANCE TEST :
Test Method : Apply 2 grams of the skin tint uniformly on 1 subject’s face.
Test Procedure : Scrape the skin surface to create a 3cm-long visible slit to create a visible gap on the coverage, exposing the skin. Based on photographic record.
Test Period : Stand at room temperature for 1 minute. Compare before and after photographic results.

Result :
After 1 minute, the slit is closed and the uniform coverage is returned.

(2) IN-VITRO WATER RESISTANCE TEST :
Preparation : 3M Transpore, Quartz plate (7.5cm x 2.5cm). Apply 2 grams of formula sample on substrate evenly. Weighing.
Test Procedure :
1.Submerge Plate 1B in RO water for 8 hours.
2.Plate 1C standing in lab room for 8 hours
3.SPF testing using a 5-point detection method.
Test Equipment : Labsphere Transmittance Analyzer

Result :
Plate 1B : Average SPF taken at 5 locations is 736 after submerging in water for 8 hours.
Plate 1C : Average SPF taken at 5 locations is 654 after standing in the lab for 8 hours.
Higher SPF after submergence

(3) IN-VITRO EFFICACY TEST ON NATIVE TAIWANESE DANDELION ENDOPHYTES :
Test Method : Apply the skin tint with 2% concentration and a placebo.
Test Procedure : 3 subjects apply the formula on the face and eyes, twice a day (morning and night) for 3 days.
Test Period : 3 days of applications
Test Equipment : Delfin Moisture Meter SC,  Delfin VapoMeter, Antera 3D
