Product - Description
It's a new concept of custom skin care where the user can personalize the hydration level, texture, and treatment. In addition, the personalization is dynamic because it can be changed before each application. We call this "Adaptive Skin Care". All this is possible thanks to the use of our patent-pending personal device. Just introduce a "base", add up to 4 "actives" and push the button to obtain a single-dose of custom skin care. BASES: different textures (light, nourishing...) for each type of skin (dry, normal, combination and oily). ACTIVES: 6 families, classified by concerns to correct.
Product benefits
The user always has his perfect skin care (for both skin needs and sensorial preferences) providing a continuous customization - the Adaptive Skin Care. It can be adapted to very specific situations. For example: adding an "Antipollution" active when visiting a big city, changing to an SPF base when sun protection is needed...
Technical details
- Patent pending electronic device: deliver a single dose in 3 seconds, just pushing a button. - Proprietary actives and bases formulation system: new formulas are developed in record time. This allows faster answers to new market tendencies and specific countries. - New combinations and improved stability: this concept allows to create combinations that are difficult to create with the traditional approach, due to preservation or stability incompatibilities (like actives with different PH requirements) -> The formulation is simplified and extended in the number of possible combinations.

How the brand is promoted on line?
As a startup, our promotion uses growth hacking techniques based on social media and influencers as main promotion tools. Advertising is based on Google Adwords and Facebook Ads (not only as ads tolls but to allow us to do a better segmentation and understanding of our client segments). Lesielle also uses traditional media thanks to his participation in the Minerva program (startup accelerator powered by Vodafone and the Andalusian Government) and the different awards we are involved: - Winners of Andalusian entrepreneur innovation awards - Finalist for the national Spanish Enterprise's Awards (Entrepreneur Category).
Why the product/formulation is innovative?
Resuming all we described in previous sections: it creates a new concept, giving the user the power to decide themselves how their skin care should be. Logistic and scalability are optimal and combined with an attractive mass market price (device under 100$ and skin care is under 35$/month) is the perfect opportunity to bring personalization to mass-market consumers and big retailers.
